Football and more fitness

One of the greatest dangers to fitness that I once faced was the problem of simply sitting down too long, and weighing too much. This was caused by a variety of problems, the most pertinent of which was the issue of wanting to achieve in my job by completing all the adminstrational demands.

Today I played football. I managed to score a great goal from pure instinct, controlling a loose ball before powering home from twenty yards. I walked off the pitch with great memories made.

I am not as fit as I really should be. But I am fitter than I have been in years. I want to keep with my fitness, and to raise my intensity.

I miss intensity.
