Running with a foot problem

I have spent a huge amount of time sat on my backside recently. A hell of a lot of time. Two weekends ago I ran a half-marathon, and to my credit I didn't struggle too much. But my left foot hurts with a possible verruca on the ball that is causing me to avoid all exercise.

Still, I can still exercise (and I should.) Starting with Tuesday.

I have still not managed to find ambition with my running, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. I think that my diet should make me hungry at some point soon. But I need some music, and some HiiT to feel like I am doing something. Two years ago I was fit as hell at this point. And now? Hardly. But, to my credit, I am just soft - not yet broken.
