A half-term of effort?

One thing that I planned this half-term was to better plan the rhythm of my effort. I cannot go into each day expected to ease out 12 hour days. I feel some what ill already. But what I can do is to plan the tension of each day.

I doubt, too, that I will return easily to my interval training. Instead some longer cardio - 40 minutes - will be my plan.

It is almost 10k time, too. I need to realise how the hell I'm going to control my portion sizes, too. We'll see. I don't have much idea. But I am too heavy to run as well as I once did. But we'll see.
